So I have heard a lot of the common questions. Below is a collection of some of the questions that people ask most often.

Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: I’m a house buyer. I’m not an agent so I will NOT ask you to list your house. I have cash ready and waiting for me to find another house to buy because I am a professional home buyer. I do NOT charge any fees or commissions like agents do. I will NOT ask you to sign a listing commitment like an agent will. I am searching for another house to buy directly from the homeowner.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes, I do. Many of the houses that I buy need repairs, remodeling, fixing, or updating. I have crews that can do all of those things. When I buy a house, I am taking all the responsibility to fix and maintain that real estate so you will no longer have that burden. Many of the house sellers who call me see the value in selling their house quickly, that they do not have to wait on someone’s financing, that I can pay with all cash, and no time and no effort and no expense is required on your part of fix up the property or pay agent fees.

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: As you know, house values have gone up and down in the last 10 years. Bill looks at many pieces of information. And I want to come up with a fair price that works for me and works for you too.
I am very straightforward in describing how I come up with an offer. I look at what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and the location of the property . Then I look at the values of comparable houses sold in the area recently.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: I do NOT charge any fees or commissions when you sell your house to me. I do not have any hidden fees or “small print” fees. And I usually pay the closing costs too! I’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then I’ll buy your house. No hassles and absolutely No fees.
Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents will list your house on the MLS and then wait and hope that someone will come along and buy it. It can take an agent 6 – 12 months to find a buyer. And then that buyer still has to get financing. That can really slow things down.
